Peterson Family Maple

We are a family owned and operated business located in rustic Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire. Our dream of making maple syrup started in 2016 when we were expecting our first child, Sawyer. We began by placing nearly 300 taps and constructed a sugar house right in our backyard. The business officially launched in 2019, enabling our son, to be a part of the process. Now we have over 500 taps and boiled nearly 6,000 gallons of sap this season!

It has been a great joy to grow our business and share this passion as a family. We've even included the family dog, Temperance! We are confident that our love and dedication to produce is directly reflected in our bold and unique flavor. We have been beyond blessed to have friends and family supporting us through this adventure!
